David N. Ross is an Executive Vice President/Principal in NAI Hunneman’s Investment Sales & Capital Markets Group. As an investment advisor, he specializes in the disposition, valuation, strategy and marketing for a range of investment properties, as well as being a “market maker” for real estate debt. Additionally, Mr. Ross is currently charged with the implementation of NAI Hunneman Commercial’s growth and strategic planning. Since joining the group in 1992, he has completed sales transactions and investment advisory assignments for properties totaling over $10 billion worth of assets.
