An investment specialist in the disposition and marketing of investment-grade properties. Robert Tito has brokered significant property transactions in eight states. Prior to joining NAI Hunneman, he was co-founder of the Dartmouth Company Inc., a Boston-based commercial real estate company. After selling his interest in the Dartmouth Co., he joined NAI Hunneman in 1990 and has been instrumental in recruiting and mentoring the firm’s top investment brokers. He has brokered more than $2 billion in sales transactions during his 30 years as a landlord, developer and real estate broker.
A two-time NAI Hunneman Broker of the Year, Mr. Tito has also been elected to the New America International Global (NAI) All Stars, representing the network's top 20 producers from across the country. He was awarded NAI Hunneman’s Transaction of the Year award for the sale of Fieldstone Market Place, a 200,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Shaw's supermarkets. He has brokered apartment sales of more than 350 units in such diverse cities as Columbus, Ohio; Columbia, S.C.; Las Vegas, NV; and Chicago, IL. In 2008, Mr. Tito brokered the $33 million sale of a 350,000-square-foot office tower in Providence, R.I., representing the largest sale that year in the local market and garnering Hunneman’s Deal of the Year Award.
