BOSTON (Jan. 12, 2010)—NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, today announced that its Suburban Leasing Group has brokered a new 16,086-square-foot office lease to Casa Systems, Inc. at 100 Old River Road in Andover, MA.

Casa Systems, the leader in next-generation cable edge technology, will relocate to its corporate headquarters in April from its current location at 10 New England Business Center Drive in Andover.

“Our client is excited about the opportunity to relocate into a building which can accommodate future growth with favorable lease terms and options.” said Michael McCarthy of NAI Hunneman, whose Suburban Leasing Group represented Casa in the transaction.

The firm’s Suburban Leasing Group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburbs and along Route 128 and Interstate 93.

Rob Byrne and Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, Cross Harbor Capital Partners LLC, in the transaction.
